Score Cards Explained
There are no “verbal warnings” at Chick-fil-A Puyallup. By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand restaurant procedures and the consequences for violating them. All conduct and actions listed below will be assessed points, either positive or negative. Leaders have the prerogative to assess discretionary points that are not defined below, depending on circumstances that may arise. Additionally, the Senior Directors may reverse point deductions based upon improved conduct, solely at their discretion.
Every Team Member begins each calendar quarter with zero points, and points are accrued until the next quarter begins. Positive point balances may be redeemed for rewards at the beginning of each month or “banked” for future rewards, but they must be redeemed by the end of the calendar year. The rewards and consequences for accumulated points may change from time to time. You may check your score card at any time on the Team Website by using your Clock-in PIN, but keep in mind that score cards are not updated every day.
