Leadership Path Information
Our Level Up Training Plan is designed to provide clear growth opportunities for Team Members, guiding them from New Team Member forward. The training path is divided into levels, each with critical benchmark behaviors specific to each position, ensuring Team Members have the necessary skills and experience to succeed at every stage. The system for evaluating Team Members will allow both new and existing employees to be assessed based on key competencies and performance criteria.
Additionally, we have created a structured leadership path, starting from New Team Member and progressing all the way to Shift Lead, giving TMs a clear road to follow if they want to take on more responsibility. The goal is to encourage leadership growth and development through a focused, intentional process, so everyone has a chance to Level Up and make an impact.
